Our impact investment strategy enables solutions to some of the most pressing societal and environmental problems. With a broad mandate across a range of different industries and sectors, we select opportunities and projects that align with the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals, including sustainable food production, agricultural technology, healthcare, education, clean energy, and waste minimisation.

Housing

Since 2014, we’ve been pioneering the development of Build-to-Rent housing investments for institutional investors in NZ, at the same time bringing about meaningful improvements for renting households by providing modern, healthy and professionally managed homes with security of tenure. Today, we’re involved in a wide range of rental housing and affordable housing projects right across New Zealand, spanning roles as investment manager, developer and development manager, as well as property manager through New Ground Living. We’re currently establishing a Bay of Plenty-focused affordable housing fund, in association with a number of the region’s investment trusts and local bodies.
