Tamaki Build to Rent Housing Development

New Ground is pleased to be well underway with a new Build to Rent housing development in Line Road, Glen Innes, Auckland. This development will deliver 50 new purpose-built rental homes, including one, two and three bed configurations, and 35 car parks.

We’ve long wanted to deliver purpose built rental housing within the Tamaki area, so we’re excited to have secured a site from Kainga Ora so close to the services and transport options offered by the Glen Innes town centre.

Our iwi investor partner, Hapai Housing LP, has now taken over ownership of the development, which they have named Moroki, and New Ground Capital will maintain responsibility for the development management and ongoing property management aspects of the project on their behalf.

Civil works started in May 2021 and Mike Greer Commercial expect to complete construction progressively between late 2022 and early 2023.
