Future Build to Rent Housing Developments

In addition to our existing Auckland BTR housing in Hobsonville Point and Whenuapai, and new projects under development in Tamaki and Mt Albert, New Ground also has a site under contract with Kainga Ora in Mangere, on which we will be developing build to rent housing in 2023.

We’re continually looking for new sites across Auckland and elsewhere around New Zealand.
