Tauranga Build to Rent Housing Development

New Ground is pleased to have formed a joint venture with Mike Greer Commercial to undertake a high quality housing development on the vacant land adjacent to Bureta Park supermarket in Otūmoetai, Tauranga.

We’re also thrilled to have been able to bring together a local Bay of Plenty investor group, led by Purpose Capital, for this development.

This development, which is currently awaiting resource consent, is expected to deliver around 45 much needed purpose-built rental homes in 2024.
