NZ Defence Force Build to Rent Housing

In June 2016 New Ground entered into an agreement with the NZ Defence Force for a unique Build to Rent development. We embarked on building 49 new rental homes close to the RNZAF air base at Whenuapai, to be leased to the NZDF on a fixed term lease basis.

Construction of this Build to Rent initiative started in June 2017 and was completed in August 2018.
