Development Manager

Roddy brings his passion for the construction industry and a keen eye for details to our Build-to-Rent development management activities, with a focus on ensuring efficient, sustainable and quality buildings.

Before joining New Ground, Roddy was primarily involved in construction cost management across a range of NZ residential developments with Beca, and UK residential and commercial developments, including Build-to-Rent, while working for Gardiner & Theobald.

Roddy is a keen Blackcaps supporter, and if he's not found watching or participating, he'll be enjoying some sort of outdoor activity.
