Johnny Quinn

Development Manager

An interest in Build-to-Rent projects and innovative, sustainable housing models brought Johnny to the New Ground team. Having spent the past number of years in Project Management and Development Management roles he has led a significant number of projects in the public and private sectors, including multi-unit residential developments, from feasibility through to completion. He also has a background in renewable energy and is keen to see this integrated in our developments with other modern technology to create vibrant and sustainable communities.

Johnny adds to our Irish contingent at New Ground and after finishing University in Ireland, spent some time in Abu Dhabi and Melbourne before settling into Auckland. When not spending time with his young family, he can be found playing golf or watching a bit of football or rugby.
