Matt Heal

Property Director

Matt leads our development management activities – making his mark on the residential market in NZ. He has a keen interest in creating high quality, medium-density development and communities.

He has led a significant number of major infrastructure and building projects through the planning, design, procurement and construction phases. While Operations Director at Mace Group in the UK, Matt spent over eight years working in senior roles on the largest regeneration project in Europe, the transformation of East London for the 2012 Olympic Games, which was widely received as defining best practice in a range of areas.

After returning to NZ Matt joined AECOM to head their national construction services business and was also their sector lead for residential markets. In this role, he oversaw a nationwide team of Project Managers working on some of NZ’s largest residential, civic and commercial projects.

Now, Matt is focussed on overseeing the delivery of our existing commitments and advancing the future of Build-to-Rent apartments and other housing in the NZ market through the development of innovative and profitable projects across the country.
