Joy has 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, including as Head of ANZ Wealth and Westpac Private Wealth Management.

Joy holds a number of governance and investment roles including chair of Simplicity NZ Ltd, Independent Director of Strategi Group, Financial Services Complaints Ltd, NZ Shareholders Association and is an independent member of Metis investment committee.

More recently, Joy has focussed on supporting organisations to maximise financial and impact outcomes, and has worked closely with New Ground since 2017.
