Hayden brings a fresh, people-orientated approach with his background in customer service and support. Drawn to the core values of New Ground, Hayden joined the team in 2023.

Prior to starting at New Ground Hayden was the General Manager at iStore NZ for 12 years, enriching lives by providing solutions, support and service for all things Apple. This is where he found his love of making a difference in his community, using his skills and knowledge of Apple products to show how they can make a real impact in creativity, connection, education, productivity and joy.

With keen interests in aviation, guitar, photography and physics, outside of work Hayden can be found flying his drone, writing music, taking photos in the wilderness or reading about Quantum Physics.
