Harry Xiao

Finance Manager

A strong interest in property, and in working on projects that improve New Zealand communities, led Harry to join the New Ground team.

Harry began his career at an NZX/ASX-listed property development company, where he built his knowledge of the financial and operational sides of large-scale property development. Most recently, he was with a private property development company, where he led the finance function, overseeing project finance and financial reporting.

Harry is a Chartered Accountant. He manages the finances across multiple New Ground portfolios, staying on top of monthly reporting, cash flow management, AML/CFT compliance and investor relations.

He enjoys the variety of the role and being part of a team focused on putting capital to work for good.
