Brian Collins

Co-Founder, Director, Head of New Ground Living

Heading up the New Ground Living residential property management and leasing side of the business, New Ground co-founder Brian has a depth of legal, financial and business experience.

Originally from Ireland, after qualifing as a lawyer in Ireland and New York, Brian worked for leading Irish law firm McCann FitzGerald, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin and London. During his early career, he specialised in commercial law, taxation and international structuring, advising leading financial institutions. He then spent several years in senior roles with Deutsche Bank in Singapore and Auckland.

Since then, he’s been co-founder of a number of successful NZ companies in the hospitality sector, and serving on the Board of Trustees of the Ireland Fund of NZ, promoting cultural and educational links between Ireland and NZ.

An avid Liverpool FC fan (who also loves a bit of rugby, golf and diving), Brian is helping bring change to residential leasing in NZ through his leadership of New Ground Living.
